This course is designed for individuals who have prior knowledge of financial or IT systems auditing and want to learn about business continuity management; and/or individuals with prior knowledge of business continuity management principles and concepts who want to learn about BCM audit and evaluations. This course is accredited by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management as being equivalent to 2 years of on-the-job training and includes the professional certification exam for the BCRA (Business Continuity & Resiliency Auditor) designation.

BCM801 Effective Business Continuity & Resiliency Management

Our Certificate in Business Continuity & Resiliency Management is recommended for anyone relatively new to BCP who needs an excellent grounding in the principles and methodologies of Business Continuity Planning. This course is accredited by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management as being equivalent to 2 years of on-the-job training. Participants who complete the course and successfully pass the BCMP certification exam with at least 70% are entitled to receive the Business Continuity Management Planner (BCMP) designation, as well as our Certificate in Business Continuity & Resiliency Management.

BCM701 Business Continuity Management Essentials

Are you looking for an online Business Continuity Management training and certification course? Our Certificate in Business Continuity Management is recommended for anyone new to BCM who needs a quick, thorough grounding in the principles of Business Continuity Planning. This course is accredited by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management (https://www.NIBCM.net) and leads to their professional designation of Associate Business Continuity Manager (ABCM) designation, as well as our Certificate in Business Continuity Management. This online course has content equivalent to our 3-day in-person BCM-701 course.

BCRP Certification Exam

This is the professional certification exam for the Business Continuity & Resiliency Professional (BCRP) designation. The BCRP is one of the professional designations offered by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management (NIBCM.net). This exam is comprised of 100 Multiple Choice and T/F questions.You have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Once registered for this exam, you will have two attempts to achieve your needed score (70% for BCRP).

CCCM Certification Exam

This is the professional certification exam for the Certified Crisis Communications Manager (CCCM) designation. The CCCM is one of the professional designations offered by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management (NIBCM.net). This exam is comprised of 100 Multiple Choice and T/F questions.You have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Once registered for this exam, you will have two attempts to achieve your needed score (70% for CCCM).

BCRA Certification Exam

This is the professional certification exam for the Business Continuity & Resiliency Auditor (BCRA) designation. The BCRA is one of the professional designations offered by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management (NIBCM.net). This exam is comprised of 100 Multiple Choice and T/F questions.You have 90 minutes to complete the exam. In order to obtain the BCRA designation, you must obtain a pass mark of at least 70%. In addition, you must have successfully completed a comprehensive course of studies in BC audit of a significant duration, or have at least 2 years of verifiable BC audit related work experience, including experience with ISO 22301.

ACMP Certification Exam

This is the professional certification exam for the Accredited Crisis Management Professional (ACMP) designation. The ACMP is one of the professional designations offered by the National Institute for Business Continuity Management (NIBCM.net). This exam is comprised of 100 Multiple Choice and T/F questions.You have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Once registered for this exam, you will have two attempts to achieve your needed score (70% for ACMP).

Certificate in BCM Awareness & Training

In this course, you will learn everything required to develop a BCM Awareness & Training Program that makes sense for your organization. First, you learn identifying Target Audiences within your organization, critical elements of any BCM Awareness & Training program that must be in place before you begin BC program, and training methodologies to ensure that all staff, from new hires up to the CEO, understand their unique roles during a critical incident. You will learn about the tools and "vehicles" that you can use to ensure that the right message is delivered to the right target audience. By the end of this course, you'll know how to set up a BCM Awareness & Training program from scratch that is effective from day one.

Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment

This is our newly revised comprehensive BIA course . It proceeds with particular emphasis on ISO 22301 (revised), the international standard for BCM. At the conclusion of this course, participants should: have a solid understanding of the overall Business Continuity Management lifecycle; have the tools and knowledge required to conduct a Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment for their organization. This course uses a case study approach to train individuals precisely how to conduct a BIA and a Risk Assessment, and has lessons on the resultant strategies and solutions an organization needs to implement following the BIA/RA.

Certificate in ITDR / CyberSecurity Awareness

This course is useful for newly-appointed Business Continuity staff, IT planners, or others who need an introductory overview of the ITDR process and Business Continuity CyberSecurity issues. It will introduce participants to the key concepts and methodology for developing a disaster recovery plan, IT recovery strategies, CyberSecurity issues and strategies, and related concerns.
