Audience

This course is designed for executives, managers, business continuity planners, business unit staff and business owners who are or may be involved in business continuity planning. It is also highly useful for emergency managers, internal and external auditors, records managers, information technology managers, administrative heads, and others responsible for the effective administration of any size of organization.

This course assumes the student has some prior knowledge of Business Continuity Management.

At the conclusion of this course, participants should:

  • have a solid understanding of the overall Business Continuity Management lifecycle
  • know how to conduct the advance planning to develop a Business Continuity Management System
  • know how to plan a BCMS Training and Awareness program for all staff
